Khao Tom Mad is a special Thai dessert of Thai has been use during the Sukhothai period late about 700 years old. It’s a dessert that shows Thai tradition. Let me tell you about Khao Tom Mad, which is considered to be a special dessert by Thai people.

The process of making Khanom Khao Tom Mad. I gotthe idea and secret a making Khao Tom Mad from my mother. The process of making Khao Tom Mad is very easy for me because I’ve seen my mother in making Khao Tom Mad since I’ still a child. First, I’ll mix the coconut cream, sugar, salt in the pan. Second, I’ll dissolve all of them in the soft fire. Third, I’ll put glutinous rice and stir with the coconut cream with soft fire until the coconut cream will dry and then I’ll take the pan put of the stove. Fourth peel slice the banana and, I’ll rend the banana leaf and put the glutinous rice, the banana and put in a peas and wrap it with the by banana leaf until it tight. Finally, steam the Khao Tom Mad for about 45 minutes.

Are you a clumsy girl like me? When I walked shopping. I always hit the glass. Wherever shoes store, clothes store that have the glass. I never missed to hit something. Sometime the store was closed. But I still walk in and finally I hit the glass. It very embarrass.

Last month, I went shopping at Cental world. There are many people. Because it’s was a holiday. So I went to find the new shoes. Then I the beautiful one, so I walked a straight in to the store. Next thing I know, my head was swell up. I didn’t saw a door which is a glass. It’s very limpid, so I thought it was not a door. After that, I saw a label “ use the next door.” Everyone look at me. Because it’s very loudly. Not only people in the store but everyone around here too. So I just smile and walk away.

But I think that, it’s become a normal thing in my life. Wherever it has the glass it always has sound of my head hit the glass door. This is my embarrassed experience.
